SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We offer several shipping options: Ground (3 - 5 business days estimated), 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.  Standard Delivery is within 7-10 business days for all in-stock items.  Delivery charges are per address.

Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either Overnight or Two-Day delivery. Grand Crazy, in conjunction with our carriers, will attempt to deliver a product on a requested day. Our carriers are not obligated to telephone recipients prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

In-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days (Business hours M-F, 8 am - 5 pm, Central Standard Time).

Shipping and Handling charges are determined based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address.  If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.

In order for you to receive your Grand Crazy package as quickly as possible, we select the fastest, most efficient carrier available in your area. If you prefer a specific carrier, please call 1-888-GRAMMA1 (1-888-472-6621) to speak to a customer service associate.

Shipping Upgrade: 

Expedited require the recipient's street address and daytime phone number.

      (We cannot ship expedited orders to PO Boxes)

For shipping upgrades, order by 2 p.m. CST.  

Please note:

 • A signature is required for all orders over $1,500.00.

 • There may be an additional charge for shipping large or bulky items. The product page indicates "special shipping and handling may apply" to such items.

Returns & Exchanges

All Grand Crazy merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you. 

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 21 days of the original purchase.  Grand Crazy is pleased to offer a more convenient way to return merchandise - with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label which will be emailed to you per your return/exchange request. Just package the return and seal it in the original box or a securely taped box. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed postage to your package. Drop your package in the U.S. mail - at home, at work, or at the Post Office, simple as that!

Grand Crazy is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return.  Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

Easy Returns
At Grand Crazy, we want you to shop in confidence knowing that your purchase is Always 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Returns must be handled within 21 days of receipt of items.  If, for any reason, you choose to return your selection, we'll cheerfully refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account.  Please call toll-free 1-888-472-6621 and one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives will be happy to assist you to coordinate the return.

There is no charge for return postage if you are exchanging for a different size, or if an item is damaged or defective. Otherwise the $6.95 pre-paid return postage fee will be deducted from your credit.
